Lead Generation & Appointment-Setting VA — Crypto, Fintech and Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help us generate qualified prospects for Aurum, an AI-finance and digital-asset platform with an optional affiliate program. This role is ideal for someone who already understands lead generation, direct-message outreach, appointment setting, affiliate marketing, crypto, fintech, Web3, or online business. We are beginning with a small paid trial. Candidates who consistently generate legitimate prospects may receive ongoing work. There may also be an optional longer-term opportunity for the right person to join the Aurum affiliate platform and begin building their own customer and affiliate base. This is completely optional and separate from the paid VA position. You are not required to join Aurum, fund an account, purchase anything, or pay any fee to perform this job or receive payment for your work. The Bigger Opportunity We would ideally like to work with someone who is interested in more than completing short-term VA tasks. The initial role is paid lead generation for our team. However, after demonstrating professionalism, consistency, and an understanding of the platform, a successful VA may choose to become an Aurum affiliate and begin generating prospects through their own referral relationship. This could allow the person to participate in Aurum’s official affiliate compensation program rather than relying only on per-lead VA payments. However: Joining the affiliate program is optional. Affiliate income is not guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, ability, market conditions, and other factors. No specific income level or result is promised. Candidates should conduct their own research before deciding whether to participate. The paid VA role does not require any personal funding. We are looking for someone who can first prove that they know how to generate quality conversations and who may eventually want to build something of their own. Initial Paid Trial The initial Upwork project is: $25 for 25 approved leads Each approved lead must include: Full name Valid email address Valid phone number Genuine interest in receiving information about Aurum Permission for our team to contact them Screenshot proof of the conversation Our team must be able to reach the prospect and have a legitimate conversation with them. Providing a random name, scraped email address, purchased contact list, or unverified phone number does not qualify. Additional Performance Bonuses In addition to the $25 trial milestone, performance bonuses may be available. Attended Appointment — $1 You may earn an additional $1 when your prospect: Books an approved appointment Attends the appointment, Zoom presentation, or introductory call Participates in a meaningful conversation with our team A calendar booking alone does not qualify. The prospect must actually attend. Verified Funded Account — $10 You may earn an additional $10 when your prospect: Registers through the correct referral process Pays the required $20 annual platform fee Funds their account with at least $100 Is verified as a legitimate new member The $10 bonus is fixed regardless of how much the prospect funds. You do not receive a larger bonus when someone funds a larger amount. You must never pressure anyone to join, fund an account, or use money they cannot afford to risk. We are looking for genuine conversations with real people. A lead may be approved when: The person is real The prospect expresses genuine interest The prospect voluntarily provides their information The name, email, and phone number are valid The prospect agrees to be contacted The prospect is relevant to the offer The person is not already in our database Screenshot proof is provided The screenshot matches the submitted information Our team is able to contact and speak with the prospect A lead may be rejected when: The contact information is fake The phone number or email address does not work The prospect did not agree to be contacted The lead was purchased or scraped The prospect is already in our database The same lead is submitted more than once The screenshot is missing or altered The conversation was fabricated The prospect denies requesting information The prospect has no genuine interest Screenshot Requirements Every submitted lead must include screenshot proof showing: The prospect’s name or username Your outreach message The prospect’s expression of interest The prospect providing their contact details The prospect agreeing to receive more information or be contacted Screenshots may not be edited in a way that changes the meaning of the conversation. Fake leads, staged conversations, duplicate submissions, or altered screenshots will result in rejection and possible termination of the contract.
