We provide outsourced HR support to small organisations who do not have a HR department. We specialise in helping medium to large organisations reduce high employee turnover and retain their top talent. We also provide one-to-one executive coaching to senior executives. Our client base in primarily in Ireland and UK. About the role: With the growth of the company, we are seeking a skilled professional to assist with lead generation, building relationships with clients and booking consultations with our sales director. This role is mainly remote with flexible hours. The tasks should take approximately 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services (work experience with a HR consultancy would be ideal), with a strong ability to generate leads and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, screening strong leads, booking consultations and maintaining a database of leads. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently. The ideal person should be based near Dublin, Ireland, but this is not necessary. Essential requirements: - excellent verbal and written communication in English. - strong familiarity with organisational culture in Ireland and UK. - strong interpersonal skills digitally, over the phone, over zoom/ teams and occasionally in-person at events (as and when needed and mutually agreed, if applicable). - minimum 3 to 5 years experience in lead generation and business development. - must be self-employed.
