Lead Generation & Contact Research — UK Housing Associations (Verified Emails)

I’m building a targeted outreach list of UK social housing associations and need someone experienced in B2B contact research to find and verify decision-maker details. What I need: For each housing association on a list I provide (and others you identify), find the person holding one of these roles: • Head of Building Safety • Head of Compliance / Compliance Manager • Head of Property Services / Asset Management For each, I need: full name, job title, LinkedIn profile URL, and a verified work email address. Requirements: • Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. • Emails must be verified (not guessed) — please state how you verify. • Accuracy matters more than speed. A wrong email is worse than a missing one. • Deliver in a clean spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with columns: Association, Contact Name, Title, LinkedIn URL, Email, Verification Status.
