We're looking for a results-driven marketing professional who thrives on generating qualified B2B leads—not just website traffic. _______ Position Summary As our Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that consistently generate high-quality business leads. You will manage our SEO strategy, Google Ads campaigns, website optimization, conversion tracking, and digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI. This is a performance-focused role where success is measured by qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue growth. _______ Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns. Increase qualified inbound leads through organic and paid channels. Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. Identify new opportunities to generate business prospects. Implement lead nurturing strategies. - SEO Perform keyword research targeting commercial and local search intent. Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements. Develop content strategies that improve search rankings. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach. Monitor rankings and continuously improve organic performance. - Google Ads (PPC) Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Manage keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Create compelling ad copy with high conversion rates. Reduce cost-per-lead while increasing lead quality. Continuously perform A/B testing. - Website & Analytics Optimize website performance and user experience. Implement conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Analyze visitor behaviour and improve conversion rates. Produce monthly performance reports and recommendations. - Marketing Create marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile. Support email marketing initiatives. Coordinate content creation for blogs, landing pages, and social media. Stay current with SEO and Google Ads best practices. - Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation. Proven success in generating B2B leads. Strong experience with Google Ads. Strong SEO knowledge (technical, on-page, and off-page). Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Understanding of conversion optimization. Excellent written English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
