Overview ArevMedia is a performance marketing agency that helps US business owners already spending on paid ads (including law firms and other local businesses) turn those ad dollars into revenue with Meta ads and follow-up systems. I’m the founder. I do offer, fulfillment, and sales. I am looking for someone who already knows how to book B2B sales calls and can take full ownership of outbound and follow-up. If you’ve never booked B2B appointments before, this is not for you. If you have a track record of filling calendars for agencies or service businesses and want a long-term, high-upside role, keep reading. What You Will Own You are responsible for one outcome: qualified B2B sales calls booked and showed with US businesses that spend on paid advertising. You will: Design and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, possibly phone) using your systems, ours, or a mix Use our existing tools (GoHighLevel, Instantly, Lemlist, Heyreach) and lists, and supplement with your own prospecting if needed Write and iterate outreach copy and follow-up sequences (with input on offer/angle from me) Handle replies, DMs, and basic objection handling to move prospects to a booked call Keep a clean pipeline and clear reporting: outreach volume, replies, calls booked, show rate, deals closed from your leads Work mostly independently, bringing me questions when you need clarity on the offer or positioning I will provide: clear offer, ICP, case studies, assets, tools, domains, and weekly feedback. You bring the outbound/appointment-setting machine. Outcomes & Targets Own the full process from outbound → reply → nurture → booked call on my calendar Within ~60–90 days, consistently generate X qualified calls per week (we’ll agree an initial target based on your past numbers) Maintain strong show rates and lead quality (these are B2B, not random consumer calls) Communicate weekly with a simple report: volume, calls, shows, learnings, next experiments Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Please do not apply if you do not meet these: 1+ year B2B appointment-setting / SDR experience for agencies or service businesses Direct experience booking sales calls with business owners / decision-makers (ideally in US, CA, AU) Ability to show proof of past performance: Screenshots of calendar/CRM or Short written testimonial or Contact for a past manager who can confirm your numbers Strong written and spoken English; comfortable on calls and in DMs with US business owners Able to work US hours (at least ~7am–3pm US time overlap) Self-starter: you can build and run campaigns with guidance, not hand-holding Nice to have: Experience with GoHighLevel, Instantly, Lemlist, Heyreach Experience with agencies running paid ads, marketing services, or similar B2B offers Compensation This is an hourly role on Upwork or a retainer-style engagement with performance upside. For individuals: Hourly range: $10–$20 USD / hour depending on experience and proof Expected commitment: ~40 hours/week (full-time, US hours) For small teams/pods: propose your structure; must still be performance-driven On top of base/hourly, you’ll get performance bonuses tied to: Qualified shows you generate Revenue from deals closed from your meetings (we can structure a fair, transparent model together) If you’re genuinely good, you’ll be paid well and consistently. If you perform and we work well together, this will grow into a long-term, high-upside relationship.
