Lead Generation Expert and Appointment Setter

EventShine is an event management agency that produces high-end mastermind events, non-profit events, and corporate experiences. We partner with speakers, associations, corporations and non-profits who host premium live events and we make the entire event process smooth, professional, and unforgettable. We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation + Appointment Setter who can help fill our calendar with qualified discovery calls. About You: - Fluent in English (written + spoken) - Excellent communicator - Not afraid to send voice notes or Looms (we’re personal brand-led, not robotic) - Detail-oriented and reliable - Comfortable with daily outreach + relationship building - You enjoy connecting with people and building trust - Bonus: Experience working with coaches, masterminds, or events industry Compensation & Performance Structure - Base Retainer: $500/month - Commission: 5% on new clients you sourced, booked, and we closed - Commission is paid on collected revenue - Commission is capped at $3,000 per client to keep everything fair and predictable - This role is KPI-based, not hourly. Your earning potential increases as your consistency and booking volume increase. As we scale and you demonstrate performance, commission and scope can expand. Your Responsibilities: • Research and identify qualified leads online (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, etc) • Send personalized outreach messages daily (no spam blasts) • Track follow-ups and nurture conversations until they book a call • Schedule calls in my calendar and confirm attendance • Log all communication in a shared lead tracker Your weekly targets are: • 30-50 targeted outreach messages/day • 8-12 active conversations/day • 3 qualified discovery calls booked per week • 70% show rate on booked calls (with proper follow-up + confirmations)
