We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert who can help us identify and connect with qualified startup founders, CTOs, product leaders, and decision-makers who are actively looking to build MVPs, validate startup ideas, or implement AI-first engineering into their products. Our services focus on MVP development, AI-first product engineering, full-stack web development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, automation, and rapid product validation. We work with funded and bootstrapped startups that want to move faster, reduce development risk, and launch high-quality products efficiently. ## What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate must have proven experience generating qualified leads for: * Funded startups * Bootstrapped startups * Founders validating a new idea * CTOs looking to speed up product development * SaaS businesses * AI-first products * MVP development projects * Web and mobile app development projects * Startup teams looking for technical execution partners You should understand how to target founders and technical decision-makers who are actively looking to build, launch, or improve digital products. Responsibilities * Research and identify high-quality leads across LinkedIn, startup communities, funding databases, directories, and other relevant platforms * Build targeted lead lists of startup founders, CTOs, CEOs, and product leaders * Find companies that recently raised funding or are actively launching new products * Identify bootstrapped startups that may need MVP, AI, web, or mobile app development support * Create and manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels * Write personalized outreach messages that speak directly to startup pain points * Qualify leads based on budget, project stage, product needs, and decision-making authority * Track outreach performance, replies, booked calls, and lead quality * Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and lead sources Required Experience * Proven experience in B2B lead generation for software development, SaaS, AI, MVP, or startup-focused services * Experience targeting founders, CTOs, CEOs, and product decision-makers * Strong understanding of startup pain points, including MVP validation, speed to market, technical debt, hiring challenges, and product scaling * Ability to find qualified leads from funded and bootstrapped startup segments * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar tools * Strong research and communication skills * Ability to write personalized, non-generic outreach messages * Must be results-driven and able to generate leads that can convert into sales calls Nice to Have * Existing experience working with software agencies or product development companies * Familiarity with AI-first engineering, LLM apps, automation, RAG systems, AI agents, SaaS platforms, and mobile apps * Experience finding startups that recently raised seed, pre-seed, or Series A funding * Experience with cold email infrastructure and campaign optimization * Ability to suggest positioning and outreach angles for different startup segments Ideal Lead Profile We are mainly looking to reach: * Founders who want to validate an MVP quickly * CTOs who want to implement AI-first engineering * Startups that recently raised funding and need execution support * Bootstrapped founders who need a reliable technical partner * SaaS teams looking to build or scale web/mobile applications * Companies looking to integrate AI, automation, or LLM-based features into their product Goal The main goal is to generate qualified conversations with startup founders and CTOs who are actively looking for help with MVP development, AI-first engineering, full-stack development, or web/mobile app development.
