Lead Generation Specialist – UK Accounting Practice We are a small but growing UK accounting practice, currently starting to scale, and we are looking for someone experienced in lead generation to help us bring in new clients. This is not a training position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to find leads, contact prospects, follow up properly, and book calls with business owners who may need accounting support. The role will involve finding suitable UK businesses, reaching out to them, starting conversations, and helping book appointments for our team. You should be confident with cold outreach, organised with follow-ups, and able to work independently without needing constant guidance. This will be mainly commission-based. We can offer a very small hourly amount to help cover your basic costs, but the main earnings will come from successful client sign-ups. The minimum commission will be $200 per signed client. This is the minimum we are willing to pay per successful client sign-up, and there will be scope for higher commission depending on the quality and value of the client. The UK has a huge demand for accountants just now. Regulation is becoming more complex, and with Making Tax Digital rules coming in, more businesses are going to need proper accounting support. This creates a strong opportunity for someone who is good at lead generation and wants to grow with a business. We are a small practice, so this is a good opportunity for someone who wants to get in early as we scale. If you can generate results, there is room for this to grow into a long-term role.
