Lead Generation Guru/Expert

Looking for a professional with proven expertise/track record in successfully partnering with senior corporate executives and/or entrepreneurs for high impact and quality lead generation. This includes: -Acting as the key person managing all lead generation efforts -Be able to quickly generate a quality lead generation list (perhaps using AI) that has been reviewed and adjusted for quality -Able to leverage the leads and convert them into the setting up of meetings -Must have experience in producing quality leads for real estate developers/investors that has actually converted. AI experience a plus. -Must have experience in producing quality leads for CFO advisory firms that has actually converted. -Periodically report on status of lead generation efforts in a clear and simple manner. -Initial set up of lead generation must be seamless. -Strong communications skills a must. -Efficient in setting up and organizing meetings. -Significant experience in business development efforts a plus. -Experience in working in cross border activities a plus; working with teams in Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East a plus. -High integrity/high character and prior experience working with entrepreneurs/small businesses as well as multi-billion conglomerates a plus. -Must be genuinely a good person who enjoys seeing others succeed. -Must be able to meet strict deadlines and move quickly on providing sharp and substantive strategy deliverable(s).
