Lead Generation & Lead Selling Expert needed

We are a Marketing Agency that has more client opportunities than we have time to fulfill for them. We need help from lead generation to help take on some of the excess client projects that we don't have time for. We need only top notch, competent that can deliver only top notch quality work on our behalf (in order to not damage our reputation). We need lead generation expert that especially have experience with super low cost per lead projects where they have sold their leads for much higher than they got them for and their CPL in many examples needs to be under $3/genuinely qualified and opted-in lead for something that could sell for at least hundreds or thousands of dollars. I know this is uncommon, but we are not looking for something common, if this sounds like you please apply, if not, please do not feel the need to apply just to tell me that this is rare or difficult to do, I know. I am specifically looking for ultra successful marketing agencies as our reputation is important to us. We need agencies with experience selling leads to larger businesses for example insurance companies, real estate companies, wholesaling, etc. Our Agencies must know how to operate in regulated scenarios and how to traverse client relationships as we will need you to manage client relationships too. You need experience doing the A-Z process including the paid and/or organic ads (whichever is fine), the landing pages, and best practices all together for lead selling services. (insert proof with screenshots here - showing the relevant information especially CPL, number of leads, and some sort of information showing how much you sold the leads for etc. ) Please be as direct and to the point in your application as possible, i just need to see numbers, evidence of your competence, and that is it. Once I see good evidence of past successes that impress me, we can hop on a call asap, discuss a bit further and we can hire you for one of our clients asap. We are looking to hire multiple agencies for these roles.
