Lead Generation & Marketing Assistant for Therapy Practice

DESCRIPTION: I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help me build the marketing foundation for my growing therapy practice. Right now, I need help setting up the systems that will help people find our practice and connect with us when they need support. Some of the tasks include: * Creating and updating business directory listings * Managing and updating our Google Business Profile * Creating simple weekly Google posts * Building lists of referral sources such as doctors, schools, churches, and community organizations * Organizing information in spreadsheets * Online research and other marketing support tasks I'm looking for someone who: * Has experience with Google Business Profile * Has experience creating directory listings * Is comfortable using Canva * Has strong research and organizational skills * Writes clear English * Can work independently and pay attention to details Bonus if you have experience working with therapists, healthcare providers, coaches, or other local service businesses. This is a part-time project to start (approximately 5–10 hours per week) with the possibility of ongoing work if we're a good fit.
