About Us We are the creators of RekShift, an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps staffing and recruitment agencies streamline their hiring process using AI-driven resume screening, candidate matching, interview automation, and recruitment workflow management. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional who can introduce RekShift to recruitment and staffing companies across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and other English-speaking markets. Responsibilities Identify recruitment and staffing companies that could benefit from RekShift. Reach out to prospects through: Cold email LinkedIn Phone calls Networking Schedule product demos with decision makers. Present the value proposition of RekShift. Follow up with prospects until closure. Work closely with our team during demos and sales discussions. Build a healthy sales pipeline. Maintain CRM updates and sales activity reports. Ideal Candidate Experience selling SaaS products. Experience selling to staffing or recruitment agencies is highly preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently. Nice to Have Existing relationships with recruitment agencies. Experience selling ATS, HRTech, Recruiting Software, or AI products. Knowledge of recruitment workflows. Compensation We are flexible and open to: Hourly Fixed price Base + Commission Commission-only (for experienced closers) Performance bonuses will be offered for qualified meetings, demos, and successful customer acquisitions. What Success Looks Like Within the first 30-60 days, we'd like you to: Build a list of qualified staffing companies. Start outbound outreach campaigns. Schedule product demonstrations. Generate qualified sales opportunities. Help convert prospects into paying customers. When Applying, Please Include Your experience selling SaaS products.
