Lead Generation & Social Media Manager — Service Business

While our appointment setters reconnect with existing customers, we need someone to build the environment they work in and bring in brand-new customers. You'll create/maintain our social accounts, produce content to attract new leads, and connect with people beyond our existing list. You don't need every skill below — tell us what you're strong in, we'll fill gaps with a separate hire if needed. What you'll do: Create and maintain our social accounts/pages Produce content to generate new customer opportunities (not just re-engage existing ones) Join relevant local Facebook groups and post our content/services there Explore other ways to reach new customers, including paid ads Required: Social media account setup and content creation experience Comfortable engaging in local community groups on behalf of a business Thinks in terms of new customer acquisition, not just outreach execution Nice to have: Paid ad experience (Meta/Google Ads) — skills overlap with content/lead gen Experience running this across multiple brands at once SEO knowledge — not a current focus, but useful later for AI-search visibility Note: Accounts/campaign assets must be transferable to us anytime, including if we part ways.
