Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us We're a growing social media management agency serving businesses across the United States. We're looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us identify and qualify new client opportunities through Upwork. What You'll Do * Search Upwork daily for jobs that match our service criteria * Review and qualify leads using a clear internal rubric * Research prospects and identify valuable business information * Draft personalized proposals using our templates and AI tools * Flag high-priority opportunities for review * Support our lead generation and client acquisition efforts You're a Great Fit If You * Have strong written English * Are highly organized and detail-oriented * Can identify quality leads and avoid poor-fit opportunities * Work independently and consistently * Have previous experience in lead generation, research, virtual assistance, or Upwork (preferred) Details * Monday–Friday * Approximately 2–3 hours per day * $3–4/hour depending on experience * Long-term opportunity with room to grow When applying, briefly describe any experience you have with lead generation, Upwork, or online research.
