Summary

# Lead Generation Specialist Needed — Florida Auto Insurance Leads We are looking for an **individual Lead Generation Specialist** to help us generate high-quality **auto insurance leads in Florida**. This is **not** a paid ads role. This is **not** for agencies. This is **not** for someone who only runs Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or generic email blasts. We are looking for someone creative, resourceful, and willing to think outside the box to find real Florida drivers who may be interested in comparing auto insurance rates. ## What We’re Looking For We need someone who can find potential auto insurance prospects in Florida through creative, non-paid-ad methods. Examples of possible strategies could include: * Manual prospect research * Local Florida market research * Creative list building * Social media prospecting * Community/group prospecting * Public data research where allowed * Referral source research * Partnership opportunities * Local business/vendor relationships * Niche audience research * Competitor/customer research * Other creative lead generation methods you have personally used We are open to your ideas, but the method must be legal, ethical, and focused on quality leads. ## Target Lead Type We are primarily looking for Florida auto insurance prospects who may be interested in getting a quote. Ideal leads may include: * Florida residents * Drivers with active auto insurance * Multi-car households * Homeowners with vehicles * People shopping for better insurance rates * People approaching renewal * People who may be overpaying for auto insurance * Prospects who are open to receiving a quote or insurance review Lead quality matters more than volume. ## Important: You Must Share Your Method To be considered, you **must explain exactly how you would generate Florida auto insurance leads**. Do not apply with a generic message like: “I can generate leads for you.” That will not be considered. Instead, your proposal should explain: * Where you would look for Florida auto insurance prospects * How you would find them * What tools or platforms you would use * How you would qualify them * What information you would collect * Why your method would work * Whether your method has been used before We are looking for your thinking process, not a generic sales pitch. ## Responsibilities * Research and identify lead sources for Florida auto insurance prospects * Build targeted lead lists * Find creative ways to source potential customers * Organize lead data clearly * Suggest new prospecting angles * Test different lead generation methods * Track which sources produce the best opportunities * Help build a repeatable lead generation system ## Information We’d Like With Each Lead Depending on your method, ideal lead data may include: * Name * Phone number * Email address * City/state * Current insurance carrier, if available * Number of vehicles, if available * Homeowner status, if available * Renewal timing, if available * Source of the lead * Notes on why the lead may be a good prospect ## Ideal Candidate You are a good fit if you: * Are an individual freelancer, not an agency * Have experience with lead generation outside of paid ads * Are creative and resourceful * Understand quality over quantity * Can explain your strategy clearly * Know how to research local markets * Can build clean, organized lead lists * Are comfortable testing different approaches * Can work independently ## Not a Fit If You Please do not apply if: * You are an agency * You only run paid ads * You only offer Facebook Ads or Google Ads * You send generic proposals * You cannot explain your lead generation method * You only provide low-quality scraped lists with no strategy * You cannot focus specifically on Florida auto insurance leads ## Application Questions Please answer these questions in your proposal: 1. Are you an individual freelancer or an agency? 2. What specific method would you use to generate Florida auto insurance leads? 3. Where would you source these leads from? 4. How would you make sure the leads are actually in Florida? 5. How would you identify people who may be interested in comparing auto insurance rates? 6. What tools or platforms would you use? 7. What information would you provide with each lead? 8. Have you used this method before? If yes, what were the results? 9. How many quality leads do you believe you could realistically produce per week? 10. Why do you think your method would work for auto insurance? ## Final Note We are not looking for someone to simply scrape a random list. We are looking for someone who can bring creative ideas, test different sourcing methods, and help us find real Florida auto insurance prospects who may be interested in getting a quote. If you have a creative lead generation method that most people are not using, we want to hear it.
