Summary

Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week) **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, Eastern Time (EST) Stellar Payment Systems Stellar Payment Systems is a rapidly growing payment processing and business solutions company helping merchants reduce costs, streamline operations, and grow their businesses through innovative payment solutions, POS systems, business management software, and merchant services. We are seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Setters to help expand our client base by identifying qualified prospects and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Position Overview As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with business owners, overcoming objections, and creating opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, social media, and prospecting campaigns. * Identify and qualify business owners interested in payment processing and business solutions. * Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives. * Maintain accurate records within CRM systems. * Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is reached. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. * Research potential clients and identify decision-makers. * Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Work closely with management to improve lead generation strategies. * Provide detailed notes and appointment information to the sales team. Required Qualifications * Excellent spoken and written English. * Spanish language skills are a plus. * Minimum 2 years of appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development experience. * Strong phone communication skills. * Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily. * Ability to engage business owners and executives professionally. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment. * Experience using CRM systems.
