**Virtual Assistant for Inbound and Outbound Lead Calls** We are looking for a confident, motivated Virtual Assistant to manage incoming and outgoing calls for a growing health and wellness practice. Your primary goal will be to connect with new leads, understand their needs, answer basic questions, overcome common objections, and convert interested prospects into scheduled appointments. This is a results-focused position for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone and knows how to build trust quickly. You must be proactive, persuasive, organized, and able to follow up consistently without needing constant supervision. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from prospective patients * Make outbound calls to new and existing leads * Respond to leads quickly and professionally * Ask qualifying questions to understand each lead’s concerns, goals, and level of interest * Explain appointment details and available services using provided scripts and training * Address common questions and objections * Schedule qualified leads for appointments * Follow up with leads who do not book immediately * Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows * Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM * Track calls, bookings, show rates, and successful conversions **Ideal Candidate** * Fluent in spoken and written English * Clear, confident, and professional phone voice * Not shy or afraid to initiate conversations * Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone-based customer service * Comfortable making both warm and cold outbound calls * Motivated by goals, commissions, and measurable results * Persistent without being overly aggressive * Friendly, persuasive, and able to connect with different personalities * Organized and dependable * Self-starter who can work independently * Comfortable learning about health, wellness, and elective medical services * Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality headset **Compensation** * $5 per hour * Additional commission for every lead you successfully book who attends the appointment and purchases a treatment package * Opportunity to earn more as your performance, responsibilities, and results grow This is not simply a call-answering position.
