Lead List Enrichment & Cleaning VA (Sales Navigator → Excel) — Ongoing

Summary What you'll do: We'll send you raw prospect lists pulled from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your job is to turn them into clean, enriched, ready-to-import Excel files for our sequencing tool. Specifically: Enrich each lead with verified email addresses and phone numbers where available Clean and standardize first names (remove emojis, credentials, pronouns, formatting issues) Clean and standardize company names (consistent formatting, no legal suffixes like "Inc"/"Ltd" unless needed) Verify email deliverability before delivery (bounce-checking) Organize everything into a well-formatted Excel file matching a template we'll provide Flag any leads you can't confidently enrich rather than guessing What we're looking for: Proven experience with lead enrichment tools (Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Clay, FindThatLead, or similar) Experience with email verification tools (NeverBounce or similar) Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, formatting, data cleaning High attention to detail — this list becomes our sales team's core outreach source, so accuracy matters more than speed Reliable communication and clear turnaround times Experience working with Sales Navigator exports is a strong plus How this works: This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off gig. We pay per list delivered (rate to be agreed based on list size and complexity). Volume will vary month to month depending on client load — expect somewhere between 1 to 4 lists per week once onboarded, with list sizes typically in the 50-300 lead range.
