Lead Manager

I’m a real estate investor looking for a Lead Manager to help handle incoming leads and follow up consistently. This is NOT a closing role. Your job is to talk to leads, follow up, and identify opportunities before passing them to me. Responsibilities - Call new leads quickly (speed matters) - Follow up with leads consistently - Send texts and maintain conversations - Qualify leads (motivation, timeline, condition, price) - Keep notes and basic updates in CRM What I’m Looking For - Strong communication skills (must sound natural on the phone) - Comfortable talking to people daily - Organized and consistent with follow-up - Able to think and adapt (not just follow scripts) - Experience with CRM’s (RE Simpli a plus) Compensation - Base hourly (starting part-time) + performance bonuses for qualified leads and closed deals. Structure - This will start part-time (20–30 hours per week) with potential to grow.
