Real Estate CRM Lead Manager (Part-Time, Potential Full-Time) Pay: $5/hour Hours: 30 hours per week Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST Location: Remote About Us We are a real estate investment company focused on purchasing off-market residential properties. We maintain a large database of homeowner leads and are looking for a motivated CRM Lead Manager to help organize, nurture, and follow up with existing leads. This position starts part-time but has the potential to grow into a full-time role with increased responsibilities and performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Call and follow up with existing homeowner leads in our CRM Determine whether homeowners have any interest in selling their property Update CRM records with detailed notes from conversations Maintain accurate follow-up schedules Tag and notify management of any homeowners interested in selling Update contact information when needed Keep the CRM organized and current What We're Looking For Excellent English speaking skills Friendly and professional phone presence Strong attention to detail Ability to follow systems and procedures Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day CRM experience preferred Real estate experience is a plus but not required Compensation $5/hour Performance bonuses available based on lead quality and conversions Opportunity for increased hours and advancement into a full-time position How to Apply Please submit: Your resume or work history A brief description of any phone, customer service, or real estate experience A 60-second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a good fit for this position We are looking for someone reliable, consistent, and interested in growing with our company long-term.
