**Lead Researcher Required – UK Conveyancing Firms (Data Collection Project)** We are looking for a detail-oriented researcher to help us build a high-quality database of UK conveyancing firms. We already have a list of approximately **1,800 conveyancing firms** and can provide a sample database of around **400 contacts** to demonstrate the format and level of accuracy required. **Your task:** For each firm, identify the most senior person responsible for residential conveyancing. This may be listed under titles such as: * Head of Conveyancing * Head of Residential Property * Head of Residential Conveyancing * Conveyancing Director * Residential Property Partner * Partner (Residential Property) * Director (Residential Conveyancing) **Important:** We are only interested in individuals who work within the **Residential Conveyancing / Residential Property department**. Do not provide contacts from other legal departments such as Family Law, Litigation, Employment, Commercial Property, Corporate, Private Client, Wills & Probate, etc. For each contact, we require: * Full Name * Job Title * Direct Email Address (where available) * Direct Phone Number (where available) * Office Telephone Number * Office Address * Firm Website **Research Sources** You may use: * Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) website * Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) website * Firm websites * LinkedIn * Other reputable public sources **Accuracy Requirements** * Information must be current and verified. * Contacts must be relevant to residential conveyancing. * Generic firm contacts should only be used where no direct contact can be identified. * Please flag any firms where no suitable contact can be found. **Deliverable Format** Excel spreadsheet containing all required fields. **To apply, please provide:** 1.
