Lead Researcher for Energy Contacts

Title: Energy Sector Lead Research – LinkedIn Research for Weather Tech B2B Outreach Looking for an experienced lead researcher to find specific contacts at energy companies (traders, portfolio managers, utilities) for B2B outreach, validate them on LinkedIn, and log them into a provided Excel template. We sell high-resolution weather data to energy traders, utilities, and renewable operators, who use it to cut forecast error and imbalance costs. You'll research companies active in electricity markets, with wind or solar portfolios or balancing exposure, and find the right people there. Relevant roles include Energy Trader, Portfolio Manager, Head of Trading, Energy & Flexibility Manager, Data Scientist or Analyst within energy, and CEOs of smaller energy companies. Pure software or consulting firms without direct market exposure don't qualify. Every lead needs a findable LinkedIn profile and a company with a working website. We're prioritizing quality over quantity, so a smaller number of clearly qualified leads with solid notes beats a long list of borderline ones. The exact lead count isn't fixed upfront, this sample is about assessing quality and working style. We're testing this with 2 researchers in parallel, each paid €100 for a sample. We're looking to complete this sample within one week of project start. We'll review quality & quantity and continue with whoever delivers best, potentially scaling into a larger ongoing project.
