Lead Web Designer / Developer — WordPress + Elementor (Service-Based Businesses)

About Sitecraftr Sitecraftr (sitecraftr.com) builds premium, conversion-focused websites for service-based businesses. We're growing our fulfillment team and looking for a Lead Web Designer/Developer to bring our clients' brands to life through custom website builds. What You'll Be Doing Designing AND building complete websites from scratch in WordPress using Elementor. You'll translate brand identities into fully functional, responsive sites that are strategically built to convert visitors into clients. You'll work within our design system and collaborate directly with our team on every project. Who We're Looking For This is not a general VA role. We need someone who has spent the last 4–5+ years deep in both graphic design and web development. To be considered, you must meet the following: 1. 4–5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience 2. 4–5+ years of web development experience, specifically in WordPress and Elementor (Webflow acceptable if exceptional) 3. A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design work AND completed website builds 4. Understanding of responsive design, mobile optimization, and cross-browser compatibility 5. Ability to take a brand identity (logo, colors, fonts) and translate it into a full website that feels cohesive and intentional 6. Experience with conversion-focused design principles (clear CTAs, user flow, visual hierarchy) 7. Experience building for service-based businesses (consultants, coaches, local services, agencies) — not just e-commerce or product funnels 8. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team pipeline 9. Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed-upon working hours Compensation The Lead Web Designer/Developer at Sitecraftr earns between $1,000 and $1,600 per month on a long-term, ongoing contract, with significant opportunity to grow and scale as the company does.
