In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations — coordinating chauffeurs, managing real-time logistics, and making sure every client receives the world-class experience they expect. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to grow with a team that will have your back every step of the way. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage all dispatch operations for executive, VIP, and corporate transportation requests - Coordinate and communicate with chauffeurs in real-time to ensure on-time performance and seamless service delivery - Monitor flight arrivals, traffic conditions, and trip schedules to proactively adjust logistics - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, corporate accounts, and hotel partners during active trips - Train, mentor, and support junior dispatch staff — just like family does - Handle escalations, last-minute changes, and service recovery with professionalism and a calm head - Maintain accurate records of trip activity, chauffeur assignments, and client communications using dispatch software - Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure an outstanding client experience - Uphold our company values of integrity, reliability, and genuine care for every person we serve **What We're Looking For** - 3+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in luxury ground transportation, black car, or chauffeured services - Strong knowledge of local geography, airports, and traffic patterns - Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management software (e.g., Limo Anywhere and similar platforms) - Excellent communication and multitasking skills, especially under pressure - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when the team needs you - A team-first attitude — someone who leads with kindness, accountability, and respect - A genuine desire to be part of something bigger than a job title **What We Offer** - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - A warm, supportive, and close-knit work environment where you are truly valued - Long-term growth opportunities within our family-run organization - A place where your contributions are recognized and celebrated **Join Our Family** We believe the right person is out there — someone who wants more than a paycheck, someone who wants to belong.
