Lead Generation & Lead Qualification Specialist (Remote | US Market) We are a growing digital marketing startup looking for experienced Lead Generation & Lead Qualification Specialists or an Agency to help expand our sales pipeline. Role Responsibilities: - Prospect and engage potential clients in the US market. - Qualify leads based on our criteria. - Meet daily lead generation and qualification targets. Compensation: - USD $3/hour - We are hiring 2 agents, with a total budget of USD $6/hour. Performance Expectations: - Each agent is expected to deliver 3 qualified leads per day. - Combined team target: 6 qualified leads per day. - Consistent performance may lead to increased hours, incentives, and long-term opportunities as the company grows. We are looking for self-motivated professionals with excellent English communication skills, confidence speaking with US-based businesses, and experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting for B2B services.
