LAPORTE wishes to develop its presence with construction materials manufacturers located in Quebec. We are looking for a professional capable of identifying and qualifying manufacturing companies located within a 150km radius of the Montreal-Quebec City axis, whose operations or projects might require engineering services. The targeted sectors include, among others, concrete and cement producers, aggregates, processed wood products, prefabricated panels, liquid coatings/paints, metal construction products, insulating materials, glass and ceramic products, and other materials intended for the building market. Here are some examples of companies with facilities in Quebec for which we already have contacts, which can help identify the types of potential clients we are looking for: Soprema, CertainTeed (St-Gobain), ABB, Techniseal, Bois Plancher PG, etc. The expected deliverable is an Excel file including at minimum: company name, plant address, website, approximate number of employees, contact information (email and phone number) of the relevant decision-maker(s) (plant manager, engineering director, maintenance director, operations director, production director, capital projects manager, or equivalent), title, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile (if available), and any other relevant information for assessing business potential. Special attention should be given to companies that have demonstrated recent growth, announced investments, or that have multiple manufacturing facilities.
