The Role We are looking for a strategic, highly articulate Enterprise B2B Lead Generation Specialist. This is not a high-volume "spray-and-pray" telemarketing job. You will be responsible for orchestrating highly sophisticated, account-based outreach to secure discovery meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Infrastructure across the GCC. You will act as the tip of our spear—navigating large enterprise ecosystems, mapping out key decision-makers, and initiating high-value conversations using data intelligence, hyper-personalized copy, and sharp industry literacy. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Mapping & Multi-Threading Research and map out high-value target enterprises, government bodies, and utility providers across the region. Identify, track, and multi-thread multiple stakeholders within a single target account (e.g., simultaneously engaging the CTO, Head of Infrastructure, and SecOps Lead). Utilize advanced tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B data platforms) to build clean, highly accurate account maps. 2. Hyper-Personalized Omnichannel Outreach Craft concise, executive-level outbound copy that speaks directly to a C-suite executive's primary pain points (data compliance, operational efficiency, technology fragmentation). Build and execute precise multi-touch sequences combining highly tailored emails, professional LinkedIn engagement, and strategic phone calls. Monitor regional business triggers (e.g., new national data residency laws, large-scale digital transformation mandates, infrastructure overhauls) to time your outreach perfectly. 3. Tech Vocabulary Translation Fluently speak the language of enterprise IT. You will be introduced to concepts like data sovereignty, hybrid cloud topology, predictive AIOps, and codeless workflow automation, and you must comfortably use them in context. Translate our complex infrastructure and AI integration capabilities into immediate, clear business value for prospective clients. 4. Pipeline & Technical Operations Manage and maintain your outreach data within our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of conversion rates, responses, and pipeline metrics. Monitor sequence performance and safe-keep email deliverability standards (assisting with domain health best practices) to ensure our messaging always lands in the inbox. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B lead generation, sales development (SDR/BDR), or inside sales specifically within the Enterprise Tech, Cloud, AI, or SaaS spaces. Regional Landscape: Solid understanding of navigating the corporate hierarchies and relationship dynamics of the UAE and GCC enterprise/government sectors. Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern B2B data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or equivalent enterprise intelligence tools). Copywriting: Exceptional written English skills, with a proven ability to write sharp, persuasive, jargon-free business copy for C-level executives. The Mindset: Highly resilient, intellectually curious about emerging technology, and comfortable picking up the phone to navigate complex organizational gatekeepers.
