LearnWorlds Course Builder — 5-Course Arabic Program (Full Setup)

We're an educational institute launching an online Arabic language program on LearnWorlds. The curriculum, videos, and written content for the courses are all done. We need someone who knows LearnWorlds to build it out on the platform. THE PROJECT 5 sequential courses, 65 pre-recorded video lessons, 25 weeks of content. Students enroll on a rolling basis and progress at their own pace. Every lesson has an auto-graded quiz that must be passed before the next lesson unlocks. No manual grading, the whole thing runs hands-off once it's built. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BUILD Course setup: - 5 courses on LearnWorlds with sequential navigation (no skipping) - Drip content (weekly module unlock after enrollment) - Prerequisites between courses (must finish Course 1 to access Course 2, etc.) - Auto-graded quizzes with pass gates (80% to proceed) - Certificates at course completion Sales & enrollment: - Landing page for each course + one master program page (we will provide the copy) - Clean checkout flow (as few steps as possible) - Pricing setup (per-course and bundle options) - Coupon/promo code configuration Copy & content you'll write: - Email automation sequences (welcome, inactivity nudges, quiz failure, milestone, completion — about 8-9 emails total) - FAQ page content - Student onboarding / first-login welcome screen - We review and approve all copy before launch Retention features: - Email automations configured and connected to the triggers above - Community section with pre-loaded discussion prompts (our content writer provides these) - Progress tracking visible to students Student support: - FAQ page - Contact/support access from within the course - First-login onboarding flow so new students know where to start Branding: - Apply our brand colors, logo, and design across the entire site - Mobile-responsive across all pages WHAT WE PROVIDE You won't create any Arabic educational content. We provide: - All quiz questions with answers and feedback (from our content writer) - All community discussion prompts (from our content writer) - Branding assets (logo, colors, instructor photo) - A detailed Implementation Guide with the exact course map and configuration specs You write all non-Arabic copy: emails, FAQ, onboarding text, and notifications. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must have: - Hands-on experience building courses on LearnWorlds (not Teachable, Thinkific, or Kajabi — we need LearnWorlds specifically) - Experience with email automations, drip schedules, and sequential navigation in LearnWorlds - Experience building sales/landing pages on LearnWorlds - Strong copywriting skills — you'll write email sequences, FAQ, and onboarding text Nice to have: - Experience with Arabic or right-to-left (RTL) content on web platforms - Understanding of online course retention strategies - Portfolio showing past LearnWorlds builds TIMELINE 4 weeks from start to launch-ready.
