Learning Experience & Course Audit Consultant

Project Overview Strategic Ladies and the Human Competency Institute are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer, Learning Experience (LX) Specialist, or eLearning Consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of an existing online certification course hosted in LearnDash. The course focuses on Human Competency Development, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Wellbeing, and Human Skills for the Future of Work. This is not a course development project. We are seeking an expert to evaluate the learner experience and provide recommendations for improvement. Scope of Review Evaluate: • Course flow and sequencing • Learning objectives and outcomes • Lesson design and pacing • Learner engagement • Quizzes and assignments • Reflection activities • Knowledge retention • User experience within LearnDash • Certification credibility Deliverables Provide: • Written audit report (5–10 pages) • Strengths and opportunities analysis • Prioritized recommendations • Suggestions to improve learner engagement and completion rates • 60-minute review meeting Ideal Experience • Instructional Design • Adult Learning Theory • Learning Experience Design (LX) • eLearning Development • LearnDash Experience • Certification Program Design Confidentiality The selected consultant will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving access to course materials.
