E-Learning / Explainer Video Producer Needed — German Corporate Training Series

We're producing a series of short German-language microlearning videos for a corporate leadership training course. We have full scripts and raw source audio ready — we need a video producer to handle production end-to-end: audio cleanup, voiceover/visuals, and final assembly, using whichever professional tool you're most fluent in — your choice, as long as the result matches our script and brand reference. Important note on style — please read before applying: No AI avatar / talking-head presenter. The explainer segments use voiceover narration only, with text overlays and simple supporting graphics — no synthetic or filmed host on screen. Separately, each video includes a short clip of our own original spokesperson audio (raw, unedited — you'll trim it, see below), which is the only voice/presence featured in the course. Please don't propose adding an avatar or host — this has already been decided for brand reasons. What's already done (provided to you): Full scripts for each video, scene-by-scene, in German, including the exact on-screen caption text for the spokesperson audio clips Raw original audio clips (German spokesperson recordings) to be trimmed and inserted into specific scenes — each has a short intro stinger (music + ID) at the start that needs to be cut before use; the script notes roughly where the usable content begins, but you'll do the precise trim A visual reference showing the visual direction of our broader brand — use this as your style guide for colors, type, and overall tone; we're not prescribing exact templates, just matching this visual language What we need from you: Produce each video to the provided script (scene order, on-screen text, timing) Select and apply one consistent German narrator voice across the entire series (AI voice or real voiceover artist — either is fine; we'll approve the voice before full production starts) Trim the raw spokesperson audio clips (removing the intro stinger) and insert them at the specified points, with synced on-screen captions Visual execution (graphics, text overlays, simple supporting visuals) consistent with our brand reference — no generic stock photography Export final videos as MP4, in the resolution we specify Flag clearly if anything in a script seems unclear, rather than guessing Deliverables and ownership (required): Final MP4 for each video The full editable project file for each video — we need to be able to reopen and edit these ourselves or hand them to another editor later All rights to the final videos and project files transfer to us on payment A signed NDA is required before any source material is shared (we'll provide the NDA; happy to sign via Upwork or DocuSign) Scope and structure: Phase 1 (this job): 1 test video, for one module of the course, to a fixed price. This lets both sides confirm fit before committing further. Phase 2 (pending Phase 1 results): the remaining 8 videos for this same course, at an agreed batch rate. Beyond this course: we have a substantial library of similar source material (additional courses planned) and are looking to build an ongoing working relationship with the right producer for ongoing/recurring work, not just this one project. We will not commit to Phase 2 or beyond until we've reviewed the Phase 1 test video and confirmed it meets our spec — please apply only if you're comfortable with this structure.
