Virtual Assistant – Leasing & Property Management Support (Full-Time | $6/hr Guaranteed) PLUS LEASING BONUS About Us Osmon Properties is a growing real estate investment and property management company based in Arkansas. We manage 160+ residential units across multiple markets and are expanding fast. We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated VA to support our leasing and property management operations full-time. What You'll Be Doing Leasing & Marketing Market vacant units across platforms (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Respond to leads promptly and professionally Schedule and coordinate showing appointments Follow up with prospects through the leasing pipeline Lease Administration Set up new leases in AppFolio Process lease renewals — outreach, follow-up, and execution Organize and maintain unit records, lease files, and tenant info Track unit availability and update listings in real time General Admin Data entry and record keeping Coordinate communication between tenants, maintenance, and office staff Assist with reporting, reminders, and task follow-through Support the property management team with day-to-day administrative needs What We're Looking For Prior experience with AppFolio (required or must learn fast) Experience in property management or leasing support strongly preferred CRYSTAL CLEAR WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable internet, consistent availability during U.S. Central business hours Self-starter who can manage a task list without constant supervision The Role Full-time: 40 hours/week, guaranteed Rate: $6/hour, LEASING BONUSES Long-term position — we invest in people who perform To Apply Tell us about your experience with property management or leasing.
