Summary

Position Summary The Leasing & Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, following up with prospective tenants, and converting leads into signed leases. This role also includes sourcing new property opportunities by contacting real estate agents, property owners, and listing platforms to expand our housing portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Leasing & Tenant Communication Respond to all inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner Follow up consistently with potential tenants to convert leads into leases Provide detailed information about available units, pricing, lease terms, and application process Guide applicants through the full leasing process until move-in 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain ongoing communication with students and parents throughout the leasing cycle Ensure high customer satisfaction and support tenant needs before and after lease signing Track and manage all leads using internal systems (CRM or spreadsheets) 3. Property Sourcing & Business Development Identify and contact real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to secure new housing listings Build and maintain relationships with external agents and property partners Research available properties in the Irvine/UCI area for potential leasing opportunities Negotiate and coordinate property listing agreements when needed 4. Marketing & Lead Conversion Support Assist in promoting available units through online listings and social media platforms Work with marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion rates Provide feedback on market demand, pricing, and competitor activity 5. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease status Prepare basic leasing reports for management review Coordinate with property management and accounting teams when required
