Contract Leasing Coordinator (Remote) Bilingual – English & Spanish (Required) Company Location: St. Augustine, Florida Work Location: Remote Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) or Contract Position Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Contract Leasing Coordinator to support the leasing efforts for our growing multifamily property management portfolio. Working remotely, this individual will serve as an extension of our onsite leasing teams by ensuring every prospective resident receives timely, professional, and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable making outbound calls, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of converting leads into leases. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as many of our prospective residents are Spanish-speaking. Key Responsibilities * Log into the company’s property management and CRM systems each business day. * Review all new leasing leads across assigned communities. * Monitor lead response times and ensure onsite teams are following company leasing standards. * Identify leads requiring additional follow-up and proactively engage prospective residents. * Make outbound calls to new, inactive, abandoned, and cold leads. * Assist prospects by answering questions, scheduling tours, and encouraging applications. * Document all communications accurately within the property management system. * Review leasing activity, lead conversion data, and follow-up performance. * Identify opportunities to improve leasing performance and communicate recommendations to management. * Coordinate with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Leasing Professionals to maximize occupancy. * Assist with portfolio-wide leasing campaigns and special outreach initiatives. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction. Qualifications * Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). * Previous multifamily leasing, sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound telephone calls each day. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. * Ability to prioritize multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. * Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms. * Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office/workspace. Preferred Experience * Experience using property management software such as ResMan, RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, Knock CRM, or similar leasing platforms. * Familiarity with multifamily leasing processes and Fair Housing requirements. * Experience reviewing leasing metrics and performance reports. Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: * Daily review and management of assigned leasing leads. * Timeliness and quality of lead follow-up. * Number of outbound calls completed. * Cold lead re-engagement success. * Appointment scheduling and lead conversion support. * Accuracy and completeness of CRM documentation. * Responsiveness to management and onsite teams. * Overall contribution to occupancy and leasing goals.
