Legal Assistance Needed for MSME Case Recovery

We are seeking a qualified attorney BASED IN MUMBAI to assist with follow-up actions on a case involving recovery from an ex-client (Korean company with office in NOIDA) related to our MSME operations. (Its an airtight case with all evidences favouring us.) The documents had been submitted to the MSME in March 2025 however no progress or update available till date (Chembur office of MSME) - file misplaced as per MSME office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial law and a strong understanding of MSME regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing case documents, strategizing recovery options, and representing our interests in negotiations, arbitration in the MSME (MINIMUM 4 HEARINGS) Collaboration and timely updates are essential, as we aim to resolve this matter efficiently. 100% of the project fee will be paid (via UPWORK) as the sucess fee (over and above the project fee) in case of the client paying in 60 days from initiation of the project.
