Legal Assistant / Paralegal Needed to Monitor Ninth Circuit Appeal Docket Weekly

I am looking for a reliable legal assistant, paralegal, or litigation support professional with existing PACER access to monitor a pending appeal docket in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This is a simple recurring task. I need someone to check the appellate docket once per week or once every two weeks and send me a short update identifying any new docket activity. You must already have PACER access and be familiar with federal appellate dockets. Responsibilities The task will include: Log into PACER using your own PACER account Search and monitor one Ninth Circuit appeal docket Check for any new docket entries, orders, notices, briefs, motions, deadlines, or filings Download any new public docket documents, if available Send me a short written summary of what changed Provide copies of any newly filed public documents Confirm if there was no new activity Requirements Please only apply if you: Already have PACER access Know how to search federal appellate dockets Understand Ninth Circuit docket entries Can provide timely and accurate updates Can keep case information confidential Are comfortable doing this as a recurring weekly or biweekly task Do not need to provide legal advice; this is docket-monitoring only Deliverable Each check should include a short email or message like: “I checked the Ninth Circuit docket on [date]. There were [no new entries / the following new entries]. The next listed deadline is [date], if shown.” If there are new documents, please attach or provide them. Schedule This will be a recurring task: Option 1: Once per week Option 2: Once every two weeks Please state your availability and preferred schedule in your proposal. This should be a small recurring task, so I am open to either: Fixed price per docket check, or A low hourly rate with time tracked PACER document charges, if any, should be disclosed before downloading larger documents.
