You will help us protect our brand, secure our creative assets, and ensure we navigate IP laws safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities Trademark Management: Conduct trademark searches, handle registrations, and advise on brand protection strategies. Copyright Protection: Assist with securing and defending copyrights for our original content and creative works. Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related contracts (e.g., licensing, non-disclosure, and freelance agreements). Legal Advisory: Provide clear risk assessments and legal guidance on potential IP infringement issues.
