I am seeking an experienced, detail-oriented legal consultant, attorney, paralegal, or contract specialist to conduct a comprehensive proofreading and quality assurance review of a legal agreement. The contract has already been drafted but requires substantive revisions and legal research. My objective is to ensure that the document is professionally presented, internally consistent, and free from typographical, grammatical, and formatting deficiencies. The engagement will involve conducting a meticulous line-by-line review to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, syntax, numbering, cross-references, defined terms, and overall document consistency.
