Legal Counsel for Affiliate Marketing & Lead Generation Business (Ongoing Advisory)

Overview We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, digital advertising, and online compliance to support our growing business. We operate as a marketing intermediary, generating and directing traffic to licensed and regulated third-party advertisers. As we continue to scale and work with larger clients and partners, we want to ensure that our legal framework, contracts, compliance processes, and website documentation are properly structured and protect our business. We are seeking a long-term legal advisor rather than a one-off consultation. Scope of Work The selected lawyer will assist us with: * Reviewing and negotiating affiliate, advertiser, and partnership agreements. * Identifying legal risks and helping us improve contractual protections. * Reviewing lead generation and affiliate marketing business models from a compliance perspective. * Advising on marketing and advertising compliance requirements. * Reviewing website legal documentation, including: * Terms & Conditions * Privacy Policy * Cookie Policy * Disclaimers * Consent language and compliance notices * Reviewing landing pages and marketing funnels to identify potential legal or regulatory issues. * Advising on data protection and privacy compliance (GDPR and related regulations). * Providing guidance regarding relationships with regulated advertisers and licensed operators. * Assisting with legal due diligence before launching new campaigns or partnerships. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has experience with: * Affiliate marketing * Lead generation businesses * Digital advertising * Performance marketing * Online marketing compliance * GDPR and privacy regulations * Commercial contracts * International online businesses * Advertising regulations in Europe and/or North America Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, media buyers, lead generation companies, fintech, financial services, gambling, healthcare, or other regulated industries would be highly valuable.
