Summary

We are seeking a legal professional to develop essential documents for our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) startup. The role involves creating legal documents such as ADV, Disclosures, Operations Manual/Policies & Procedures, Client Agreements, Privacy Policy, Planning Engagement, CRS, AML, Cybersecurity, and other documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and be able to draft documents that are compliant with relevant regulations. This is a one-time engagement with a project scale of small, expected to last less than a month. However, it could lead to future compliance responsibilities.
