We are looking for a highly skilled freelance Legal Document Formatting Specialist to assist us on an ad hoc basis with the formatting and presentation of legal documents. Typical assignments • Format and improve Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) • Format legal memoranda and structuring papers • Format fee proposals and engagement letters Essential skills • Advanced Microsoft Word expertise • Styles • Multilevel numbering • Automatic Table of Contents • Cross-references • Headers and footers • Section breaks • Track Changes • Document comparison • Excellent written English Preferred background • Previous experience in an international law firm, legal services or financial services. • Experience formatting contracts or other legal documents. Working arrangement • Fully remote. • Ad hoc assignments (typically a few hours at a time). • Hourly rate. • Long-term collaboration for the right candidate.
