Document Reviewer — Large PDF Record (Completeness & Indexing) Overview: Detail-oriented reviewer needed to go through a large (~90,000-page) PDF page by page. This is a completeness, legibility, and indexing task — not legal or analytical work. No legal background required; reliability and attention to detail are everything. What you'll do: Review the full record page by page to confirm it's complete, legible, and properly sequenced Confirm all pages belong to one individual; flag anything that appears to be from a different person, illegible, or out of order Maintain an index logging these document types by date and page number: Rating Decisions, Board Decisions, Supplemental Claim filings, Higher-Level Review (HLR) filings, Notices of Disagreement (NOD), and SSOCs Keep a contemporaneous log of which page ranges you reviewed and when Requirements: Excellent, consistent attention to detail Comfortable in large PDFs for sustained periods Follows a written guide precisely and communicates reliably Scope & terms: ~120 hours at $5/hour Target pace ~750 pages/hour (about one page every 5 seconds — fast but careful) Contemporaneous time and page-range logging required with each invoice To apply: Briefly describe your experience reviewing large documents for completeness, and confirm you're comfortable with the pace and logging requirement.
