Legal Expert Needed to Review & Finalize Terms & Conditions for Financial Community App & Web

We are looking for an experienced legal professional (fintech contract attorney, legal consultant, or specialized paralegal) to review, refine, and finalize an 11-page Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) agreement. This document will govern our new financial community mobile application and its companion marketing website. The draft is already written, but because we operate in the financial/community space, we need an expert eye to ensure the language is legally robust, mitigates platform risk, and protects us from regulatory or liability issues. Compliance Check: Review the terms against standard digital platform regulations and best practices for fintech/financial networking platforms. Editing & Formatting: Refine the language to ensure it is clear and professional while maintaining strict legal protections. Finalization: Deliver a polished, ready-to-publish document. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience drafting or reviewing Terms and Conditions for fintech, financial services, investment communities, or social networking platforms. Deep understanding of "No Financial Advice" disclaimers and liability protections surrounding user-submitted financial content. Experience with digital law and platform compliance (e.g., Apple/Google App Store guidelines for financial apps).
