Legal Intake Specialist - Bilingual English/Spanish

We are seeking a Intake Specialist to handle client inquiries and ensure a smooth intake process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake and gather case details • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients • Follow up with clients to answer questions and guide them through the intake process • Meet intake and conversion goals set by the firm Requirements: • *Fluency in Spanish and English is required* • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake (preferably in a legal setting) • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours Compensation & Benefits: • Performance-based bonuses • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
