Legal Intake Specialist: Warm Legal Leads, Remote Hourly + Bonus

We are hiring a strong legal intake specialist to help speak with warm inbound legal leads and guide qualified prospects through the next step. You’ll speak with people who have already requested legal help. Your job is to follow a structured intake process, ask qualification questions, collect key details, build trust, and help the right prospects move forward. This is not cold calling. This is a phone-based legal intake role for someone who communicates clearly, follows a process, and enjoys helping people through important conversations. Legal Intake Experience Preferred Experience in legal intake, personal injury intake, medical intake, insurance, healthcare, collections, appointment setting, customer service, or phone sales is a plus. Legal intake experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the process. English & Communication Standards Excellent conversational English is required. Requirements: -Near-fluent English is required -Must be clear and easy to understand for a US-based audience -Strong pronunciation and grammar -Ability to match tone, empathy, and pacing to the prospect -Comfortable speaking with people in stressful situations -Strong listening and note-taking ability -Comfortable asking direct qualification questions -Able to follow a structured legal intake script A slight accent is completely fine. What matters most is that your English is clear, natural, conversational, and easy to understand. Who this is for: -You’ve worked in legal intake, customer service, sales, healthcare, insurance, collections, or another phone-heavy role -You can balance empathy with control of the conversation -You learn systems and scripts through repetition -You’re comfortable following a proven process -You want stability with hourly pay + performance bonuses -You take coaching seriously and apply feedback quickly -You are reliable and show up on time Availability and staffing: -Consistent 8-hour shifts are preferred -Active calling is expected during shifts -Fast follow-up is important -Current / potential shifts: 9am to 5pm EST, 2pm to 10pm EST Monday-Friday -Saturdays 10am to 4pm EST may also be available Daily Responsibilities: -Call warm inbound prospects using our call system -Follow our legal intake script and process during training -Ask qualification questions -Collect key facts and notes -Identify the prospect’s situation and urgency -Build trust and handle basic objections -Help qualified prospects complete the next step -Hit daily activity and performance targets Compensation: -On-target earnings typically range from $1,200 to $2,100 USD per month -Stable hourly pay -Sliding scale performance bonuses paid at the end of the month through Upwork -Fully remote -Paid training -Ongoing work available for strong performers Training & Standards: -Structured paid training -Script practice and roleplay during training -Out-loud repetition required -Follow the script and process during training -Emphasis on script delivery, call structure, qualification, empathy, pacing, and tone How to apply: If you have strong phone communication skills and want a legal intake role with stability, structure, and performance upside, we want to speak with you.
