Summary

Busy law firm focusing on immigration law and criminal defense is seeking a professional receptionist with customer service skills. Candidate must have experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service/client relations. Job requirements include answering calls and taking clear and concise phone messages, answering basic client questions, scheduling client appointments, organizational skills, scanning/uploading/filing documents and maintaining/ inputting important dates in the calendar. Must be fully bilingual English-Spanish. Additional languages a plus.
