Summary

We are seeking an experienced legal recruiter to help us identify and recruit a Business Development professional for a successful and well-established attorney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting within the legal industry and experience sourcing Business Development, Marketing, or Growth professionals for law firms or other professional services organizations. Scope of Work: Understand the hiring requirements and ideal candidate profile. Develop a targeted search strategy. Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates. Conduct initial outreach and candidate evaluations. Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates throughout the search. The initial engagement is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks with a pay rate of $75/hour with the possibility of future recruiting projects based on performance and business needs To ensure alignment and maintain momentum throughout the search, we would also like to schedule a 15–30 minute weekly check-in meeting to review progress, discuss candidate feedback, refine the search strategy if needed, and address any questions or recommendations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, well-connected within the legal industry, and committed to delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
