U.S. Legal & IT Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking two experienced U.S. recruitment professionals: one Legal Recruiter and one IT/Startup Recruiting Specialist. This 2–4 day trial may lead to a long-term engagement based on performance. Each recruiter will independently research, source, screen, and shortlist qualified U.S.-based candidates; conduct outreach by email, LinkedIn, or phone; confirm candidate interest and consent; and submit suitable profiles with resumes and screening details. The IT recruiter should have experience sourcing software engineering, technology, GTM, and venture-backed startup talent. The Legal Recruiter should have experience sourcing attorneys, legal professionals, or legal executives across the United States. No LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, U.S. calling phone, or sourcing tools will be provided initially. Performance will be evaluated based on sourcing quality, outreach effectiveness, interested candidates generated, resume relevance, communication, and professionalism.
