Legal Recruitment Resourcer (Part-Time – 10 to 16 Hours Per Week) About Us We are a specialist legal recruitment business working with law firms across England and Wales. We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer to support our candidate generation process and help identify lawyers interested in new career opportunities. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys research, recruitment sourcing and professional outreach. Hours 10–16 hours per week Flexible working hours Fully remote The Role You will take over an existing LinkedIn Sales Navigator account currently used by the business and follow our established recruitment process to identify and engage legal professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Researching vacancies from law firm careers pages Organising and categorising legal vacancies by location and practice area Using our recruitment platform and databases to identify suitable candidates Reviewing candidate profiles for suitability against active vacancies Checking for conflicts (for example, ensuring candidates do not currently work for the hiring firm) Sending personalised LinkedIn connection requests and messages Managing candidate responses Booking qualified calls into the Director's calendar Essential: Previous recruitment resourcing or talent sourcing experience Strong LinkedIn and online research skills Excellent written English High attention to detail Ability to follow a defined process consistently Strong organisational skills Comfortable working independently Please include: A brief summary of your recruitment sourcing experience.
