Legal Review of Job Interview Questions — U.S.-Licensed Attorneys Only

We are academic researchers seeking U.S.-licensed attorneys to review job interview questions for compliance with U.S. federal employment law. THE TASK: You will review approximately 50 interview questions in a web-based review tool. Each question is shown with a proposed classification (lawful or unlawful to ask at the job interview stage under U.S. federal law) and the supporting legal sources. For each question, you will indicate whether the classification is correct, incorrect, or requires explanation, based on the legal sources provided to you. Time: 45–60 minutes, self-paced. PAYMENT: $150 fixed price upon completion. REQUIREMENTS: Currently licensed to practice law in the U.S., active and in good standing. No prior involvement with the research team. Employment law experience is welcome but not required. All legal sources are provided by us in the web-based tool. This is an IRB-approved academic study. Full study information and informed consent details are provided in the tool before the review begins. Responses are identified only by an anonymous reviewer ID. We aim to have reviews completed within 3–4 days of your hire. Please answer the screening questions when submitting your proposal.
