Legal Tech Implementation Specialist About Us We help law firms modernize their intake, client communication, and operational workflows using tools such as Clio Grow, Clio Manage, Studio M, Zoom, payment systems, calendars, and workflow automation. We are looking for a Legal Tech Implementation Specialist who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, testing workflows, and helping attorneys deliver a better client experience. This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. This person will serve as the bridge between process design and technical execution. Responsibilities Client Workflow Implementation Configure and maintain workflows within Clio Grow and Clio Manage Build and test intake forms Configure consultation booking workflows Set up consultation agreements and payment processes Configure client communication sequences Improve existing client journeys Automation & Systems Setup Configure automated email sequences Implement tags, statuses, and workflow triggers Manage Zoom integration workarounds and meeting workflows Test calendar synchronization Assist with payment and invoice workflows Document standard operating procedures Quality Assurance Conduct end-to-end testing of workflows Identify broken automations and missing communications Verify links, email templates, forms, and calendar invitations Troubleshoot implementation issues Coordinate with software support teams when needed Client Support Participate in implementation meetings Translate business requirements into working workflows Present solutions clearly to attorneys and staff Maintain implementation task lists and status updates Provide post-launch support during onboarding periods Qualifications Preferred experience: Experience with Clio Grow and Clio Manage Familiarity with legal intake and client onboarding processes Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation Comfortable working with Zoom, Outlook, Google Calendar, and payment tools Strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills Ability to think critically about processes and suggest improvements Bonus Skills Experience with GoHighLevel Experience with Zapier or Make Knowledge of legal operations Experience documenting SOPs Familiarity with website forms and tracking Success in This Role Within the first 90 days, this person should be able to: Independently configure a Clio intake workflow Test and QA a complete client onboarding sequence Document implementation processes Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day workflow configuration by at least 70% Serve as the primary implementation contact for legal operations clients Engagement Part-time contract position to start. Expected commitment: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to expand into a full-time implementation lead role as client volume increases. Compensation: Based on experience and demonstrated proficiency with legal technology systems.
